The design for the new spec suite has been created to respond to the changing way in which engage in our workplaces both with colleagues and clients. The concierge style entry point provides a welcoming space to greet visiting clients, before inviting them in for a coffee at the bespoke coffee bar. This café space bleeds the client experience with the employee space to create an inviting, welcoming a unified space where all are welcome. An open working environment supported by intimate spaces for quiet, independent working compliments the communal and agile workspace. Provisioned with several large meeting rooms, an office and numerous alternative seating spaces the workplace can cater to a fluctuating business capacity with alternative modes of working.
A modern and airy space, the design reflects the Queensland vernacular incorporating a textural brick entry feature, timber look flooring, and trailing greenery from the suspended metal work features over the café joinery. The palate is a refined range of natural materials & colours enabling any tenant to overlay their corporate style, whilst being accented with a selection of colours that reflect natural Queensland in eucalypt blues & rusts.
